Virampal wins title
Virampal defeated VMC Sports Club A team in the 12th Year Kabaddi Tournament organized by Vijay Memorial Kabaddi Club in Kollangulam, Ramnad district, recently. The tournament showcased remarkable performances from numerous teams, highlighting the competitive spirit of the event.
In the first semifinal, VMC Sports Club A team beat VMC Sports Club B team. In the second semifinal, Virampal triumphed over the Amman 7's team from Senkottaipatti. In the final, Virampal defeated VMC Sports Club A team to claim the championship.

3rd place: Amman 7's Team - Senkottaipatti

5th place: APR Academy - Appanur
6th place: Kaiyagam Team
7th place: Ilampuyal Team - Thopadaipatti
The winners, Virampal team were awarded Rs 12,000 and a 7-foot trophy. The runner-up, VMC Sports Club A team, received Rs 10,000 and a 6-foot trophy. The third place team, Amman 7s team, received Rs 8,000 and a 5-foot trophy, while the fourth, fifth, sixth, and seventh placed teams received Rs 4,000 each and a 3-foot trophy.
