SRM IST women win volleyball tournament in Nagercoil
SRM IST women's team won the Gold medal in the State-level invitation volleyball tournament held at Nagercoil. SRM defeated PKR College, Shivanthi Aditanar Club & Jeppiar in their league matches respectively to win the tournament.
The results:
1st league match: SRM IST beat PKR COLLEGE 25-14, 25-10; 2nd league match: SRM IST beat Shivanthi 25-17, 25-23; 3rd league match: SRM IST beat Jeppiar 17-25, 25-19, 25-16).
Final Standing :
- SRM IST, 2. Jeppiar IST, 3. Sivanthi Aditanar Club, 4. PKR College.
SRM IST summer camps
Summer sports coaching for boys and girls in the age group of 8-17 will be held at SRM IST's Kattankulathur campus from May 1st to 31. Thecamps will be held for archery, athletics, cricket, basketball, badminton, ball badminton, football, gymnastics, table tennis, tennis and volleyball.
