Komaleeswarar CC Triumphs in Champion of Champions T-20 Final
Komaleeswarar CC triumphed in the Champion of Champions T-20 tournament defeating SKM in the final held at the M A Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
Chasing 150 for a win, Komaleeswarar CC scored 154 losing just two wickets. Led by Anurag Rajesh Nair, who scored an unbeaten 63 and P.S. Manikandan (45), Komaleeswarar showed great batting skills to successfully overhaul the target.
Batting first, SKM CC was served well by S. Gunaseelan and M. Dinesh Veda Guru. However, S.L. Lawrence Nova (3/20) ensured Komaleeswarar did not have a big target to chase. The match was played as a day-night game.
