Terminator FC defeat Oviya Select in the final
Terminator FC clinched the La Gazon U-17 football tournament defeating Oviya Select 4-0 in the final held at La Gazon, Avadi, recently.
Terminator FC ran away with the contest pumping in four goals. Vimal scored the first goal in the third minute to start the proceedings for Terminator FC, while Ruban (8th minute) and Harsha (11th minute) extended the lead further in no time.
Vinith netted the fourth goal in the 14th minute of the match and from there on it was just a matter of time for Terminator FC.
16 teams took part in the tournament with the winners walking away with a prize money of Rs 8000/- and a trophy, while the runners got Rs 6000/- cash reward with a trophy.
Pradeep bagged the best player of the tournament award and Naveen was adjudged the best goal keeper of the tournament.
