Ninth edition begins with 1st round league matches
A third wicket partnership between Shavin and Siddarrth for 105 runs in 49 balls was instrumental in St. Bede’s, Chennai’s win over Shree Ram Vidya Mandir, Goa in the Junior Super Kings inter-School T20 championships.
The Ninth Edition, Phase–2 of the Junior Super Kings inter-School T20 championships began in ICL–Sankar Nagar Grounds, Tirunelveli.
Eight School Teams have been drawn in two Groups (A & B). Two schools from Chennai, one each from Tirunelveli, Coimbatore & Hosur have qualified in Phase-1 and three schools one each from Andhra, Karnataka & Goa have direct entry to Phase-2.
The league round will be held from January 18 to 20. The seifinals will be held on January 21. The Grand Finals will be played on Wednesday, January 22 under lights to determine the Ultimate Champion of the Ninth Edition.
