M. Nagaraj Memorial-A team wins title
M. Nagaraj Memorial-A team form Nagalapuram won the title in the 1st year Lightning kabaddi tournament organised by the Nethaji Sports club
In the final held on August 18 at Nagalapuram, M. Nagaraj Memorial-A defeated PMC Kabaddi Club, also of Nagalapuram 32-25.
About 65 teams participated in the tournament. Rs. 58,000 in cash awards and 16 trophies were presented to the teams.

Final: M.Nagaraj Memorial-A, Nagalapuram
beat PMC Kabaddi Club, Nagalapuram 32-25.
Semifinals: PMC Kabaddi Club beat Villan boys Kabaddi Team, Sevalur.
M.Nagaraj Memorial-A beat Kaaliamman Kabaddi Club, Pallapatti.
3rd place: Kaaliamman Kabaddi Club.
4th place: Villan boys Kabaddi Team.
Best player : Pulikumaran
1st and 2nd placed teams in the 1st year lighting kabaddi tournament.
